"I purchased all new appliances from Home Depot and explained to the delivery people that my kitchen was upstairs and delivery and installation of the appliances would be challenging. I was assured this would be no problem. Well, the delivery guys refused to bring in the refrigerator and left it in my driveway. I had no back-up plan and did a quick search on Nextdoor for help. I found a few suggestions and sent messages to all. Even though it was mid-morning Saturday, Donovan responded immediately and came right over to check it out. He gave me a reasonable estimate and an assurance that he could get it done that afternoon. He went to get his crew and was back at the promised time. It ended up being a bit more involved and required some creative maneuvering, but Donovan and his guys got it done. I definitely would recommend them! "
